Magnolia Place’s Carrilee Andreu-Neel, CMPE, Attends the 2022 NCMGMA Conference

Our very own practice administrator, Carrilee Andreu-Neel, CMPE attended this year’s North Carolina Medical Group Management Association (NCMGMA) annual conference in Wilmington, N.C.

The Administrator of the Year award, sponsored by Curi, honors a medical practice administrator who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management proficiency, and who has helped enhance the effectiveness of health care delivery in North Carolina. The Magnolia Place team is especially proud of Andreu-Neel, CMPE for the high honor of being selected as a nominee for the NCMGMA Administrator of the Year. In addition to her role in the success of Magnolia Place, she displays her commitment to excellence in healthcare administration through her dedication to her role as President of the Eastern Carolina NCMGMA Chapter and as an NCMGMA Board Member, her inclusion on the MGMA Council of State Leaders and NCMGMA Leadership Council. In addition to her responsibilities as an NCMGMA Board Member, she participates in the Education, Membership, and Payer Contracting Committees.

To round off the week of informative sessions, Andreu-Neel, CMPE joined her colleagues to make snack packs for children in North Carolina’s New Hanover County who are experiencing food insecurity. Collectively, the group resulted in producing over 400 snack packs for NourishNC.

The Magnolia Place team is honored to have been included in valuable conversations regarding the importance of continuing healthcare education and advocacy amongst some of healthcare’s finest administration leaders, and we are eager to hear the progress from the conversations that were had during the conference week.
