Dr. Rowe and her team truly care! Highly recommend!

Dr. Rowe is the best physician I've ever had. She is compassionate, thorough, and up to date on current practices. When I found out she and Dr. Loftis opened Magnolia Place I immediately transferred back to her care. Even though I am moving out of town soon I will continue to be her patient until she retires!

All of the staff and Dr Rowe are so kind and welcoming. I was soo nervous coming here for the first time and they have exceeded my expectations both visits and helped me through my anxiety. Would recommend to anyone i know- worth the hour drive for me!

I switched to this practice after I had a not-so-great 8-week appointment with my second baby at another practice in town. I cannot say enough amazing things about this practice, Dr. Loftis, and Dr. Rowe. The level of care you receive is unmatched. No matter what the issue, big or small, you will be heard. Dr. Rowe has been my Physician for years and I followed her to new practice because of the compassion for her patients. I was introduced to Courtney (NP) due to issues within my health. Courtney was intentional in finding out why I wasn't feeling well. I saw her every 2 weeks until things started turning around for better. I Thank GOD for Dr. Rowe and Courtney!

When you have happy test results, they call you with excitement. They also show kindness and hold your hand through scary things. I feel so cared for by all staff from receptionists, phlebotomist, and nurses, to Dr. Rowe and Dr. Loftis. I have never experienced care like this at any other office. The team listens to my concerns and works with me to create a plan moving forward. At each appointment, Dr. Rowe has discussed mental health and is very supportive of what I feel I need. The office itself is beautiful, is always extremely clean, and never smells sterile like so many doctor’s offices can.

Magnolia Place has set the bar for standard of care. Each staff member, from front desk to practitioners, provides the kind of one-on-one care that all medical practices should aspire to provide. Dr. Loftis and Sta take the time to sit and talk with you, answer questions, and provide support, all without ever making you feel rushed or bothersome. Greenville is lucky to have this practice. I was looking for a more compassionate and personalized OBGYN office and decided to switch to Magnolia Place to try it. I love that there are only two physicians on staff and that they also integrate PCP services at the office. When I have called with questions or need medical advice/have questions, Dr. Loftis is quick to respond. It may seem silly or small, but I enjoy that it is not so busy and overcrowded like previous offices, and the rooms have comfortable chairs and robes instead of your basic coverage that doesn't cover much and keeps you chilly throughout. I was running late for an appt (I wrote the time down wrong), and the staff was great about keeping it and not rushing me through in 5 minutes like they had every right to.
