Magnolia Place wants to thank all who attended our first open house. We greatly enjoyed hearing your thoughts, questions, and getting to know our community that we care for in more detail. For those who were unable to attend, there is no need to worry! We're sharing with you a recap of our Greenville NC OBGYN Open House event along with all of the key information that Magnolia Place shared thanks to the amazing questions our attendees asked.
At the start of the information session, Dr. Rowe shared the vision of Magnolia Place. Magnolia Place is not your standard healthcare office. Dr. Rowe and Dr. Loftis had the vision to provide quality care that the modern woman wants and needs in today's busy world. Dr. Rowe and Dr. Loftis longed to combine all of their favorite elements of women's care. Their goal is to be available to their patients, anytime, anywhere.

A: Absolutely! The next open house event will be held on December 19, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be a special guest in attendance... Santa! Feel free to bring your family, friends, neighbors, and other community members to learn more about our Greenville NC OBGYN, and don't forget to bring a wish list for Santa! We ask that those in attendance bring a toy or a monetary donation for those in need this holiday season.
A: The idea behind the membership model is to provide an experience that transcends traditional healthcare models and provides individualized, convenient healthcare services all in one place. In a membership model, your Doctor is dedicated to you with a smaller volume of patients.
Within this membership model, more time is dedicated to appointments, visits and checkups are available with same-day or next-day care, accessibility to a wider range of healthcare services become available, physicians can offer more personalized care, and round-the-clock communication becomes possible with your physician.
A: Because our main goal is to deliver our promises to each patient and develop a relationship, there is a patient cap on our services. The idea behind this Greenville NC OBGYN model is that we can not only provide a traditional healthcare service, but add on additional features for members to provide them with a one-of-a-kind health and wellness experience. To maximize this cap, we offer three different appointment times: 20 minutes, 40 minutes, and 60 minute-long appointments. These appointments are determined based on the needs of the patient.
A: We lean upon local resources in both Greenville and Raleigh for fertility services. These partnerships help us help patients more thoroughly and provide quality care to mothers.
A: At Magnolia Place, our goal is to treat you like family. Our Greenville NC OBGYN hopes that you view our office as your personal medical team. For acute needs, our team has members in place that can provide specialized care to best benefit the patient.
A: Due to Covid-19, Blue Cross Blue Shield has had delays in processing applications for healthcare services. Magnolia Place has received our welcome letter from Blue Cross Blue Shield, and we work daily to communicate with different insurance providers to ensure that healthcare at Magnolia Place is as inclusive as possible for all members of our community. Currently, we are in-network with:
A: Yes! For services related for health and wellness, itemized lists are usually required. Talk to your plan representative about identification methods in terms of healthcare services.
A: Magnolia Place is here for you when and where you need us. The membership program will cover as many appointments as you need. We have specifically designed our membership for high-deductible insurance holders or those relying on self-pay methods. Within our self-pay plan, members receive:
A: Typically, Magnolia Place recommends members to pay quarterly or annually. However, we do have flexible options permitted on a case-by-case basis.
A: These services are separate fees. While this may be the case, we offer these services at a convenient discounted rate for our members. The goal with these additional services is that our members are being taken care of in a timely manner by providers that we trust.
