Each membership tier is designed to empower and nurture the woman in her unique season of life: the youthful optimism of a Shelby, the new beginnings of an Annelle, the strong and controlled M’Lynn and Truvy, and the witty, wisdom of the Clairee and Ouiser. We support those transitions through team-based care. The team provides strength and understanding, like the Steel Magnolias themselves.

This introductory membership provides foundational support for young women, focusing on preventative care, education, and building healthy habits for a lifetime.
In-Network Insurance: $75/quarter
Out-of-Network and Self-Pay: $150/quarter*
You will be billed for all visits as preferred pricing for all services
The Shelby membership does not include any built-in medical services like our other membership packages. In an effort to limit costs and anticipated needs, we will allow a “pay as you go” feature for women under age 18. We aimed to balance this season of life with the anticipated needs for all medical services; the self-pay fee schedule will apply.
You will receive a Girology membership included in your Shelby Membership.

Shorter appointment wait times, including same or next-day scheduling for urgent needs.

Dr. Rowe and the Magnolia Place Provider Team will collaborate with all Medical Specialists for shared-decision making in your health and wellness journey.

Magnolia Place will continue to provide insurance-based care identical to what you are familiar with receiving in a traditional medical office, but that is one facet of achieving optimal health and wellness.
The membership model takes the next step to place a value on your time, comfort, and convenience and is a choice to join a community that knows you and supports your whole health with personalized care to meet your needs. We aim to minimize the disruptions in your life related to doctor visits and getting help when needed. In a time of need, this provides invaluable comfort and ease for you and your family.

If you are Out-of-Network, and your insurance does not meet our self-pay rates or does not reimburse for services rendered, we will ask that you follow our Self-Pay Member Plan for a reliable budget. We will remain your advocate with any financial billing matters.
Self-Pay Membership will include the following:
One set of annual well women’s exam labs, appropriate for age and history, will be recommended and ordered during your well women’s visit. Additional labs outside of the well women’s exam that are discussed and recommended during your visit will be charged from our member preferred pricing self-pay menu. If you are OON, we can bill to Mako, Labcorp or chosen lab as you may not be out Out-of-Network insurance with them directly.
***Any and all additional office visits outside of the above specifically designed visits, services, or labs not listed above will be available and will be charged from our preferred self-pay member pricing menu. All services require prompt payment. We are a small office and cannot support large patient balances and will address any concerns with you as soon as we become aware. You will receive billing reminders from ATHENA our electronic record and billing platform.
