Eva retired from Federal Government Service with approximately 36+ years of experience. Much of her career she was working in a financial health management role as the Deputy Comptroller at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point Naval Clinic, which included an Ambulatory Care Surgery Center, Primary Care and Specialty Care, including Obstetrics and Gynecology. She ensured that the tax payor funds were expended in the most efficient, economical and ethical ways possible.

She is excited to begin her next phase of life in private practice, in her twilight career, with her daughter, Dr. Marie Rowe, and to be part of a team of exceptional women whose mission is to deliver women’s care tailored to and for the individual.
