We offer necessary tests and treatment options, including hormone testing, pelvic anatomy evaluations using ultrasound and hysterosalpingogram, and starting evaluations for male factor infertility. Irregular menstrual cycles can cause infertility, and we provide medical therapy to help you ovulate regularly.
We also offer intrauterine insemination (IUI) services for couples who are seeking reproductive care as they seek to grow their family. We work with several donor sperm banks to help meet your needs.
If you have a complex fertility issue, we work closely with reproductive endocrinology, REI specialists, and collaborate closely with your chosen provider whether it be focus on diagnosing and treating all causes that affect a woman’s hormonal and reproductive health versus preparing for an IVF pregnancy.
We conduct thorough evaluations to identify potential causes of infertility whether it be female versus male factor infertility and navigating the realm of unexplained infertility. We are happy to facilitate referrals and advocate for male consultations with REI and Urology as necessary.
We offer intrauterine insemination (IUI) services, including IUI with donor sperm for same-sex couples and individuals.
When more advanced treatments are needed, we provide referrals to trusted REI specialists, collaborate and support you throughout the process. Our closest REI colleagues are in the RDU area, we are happy to provide care locally when it comes to labs, ultrasound studies like saline sonograms or hysteroscopy as you prepare for the journey of IVF ahead.
Our sonographers have collectively over 40-years' experience and we are proud to utilize the most advanced ultrasound technology to monitor follicle development and optimize your treatment plan. We collaborate with your chosen REI to help you avoid unnecessary travel during this delicate time in your journey
We offer complete prenatal care for low- and high-risk pregnancies, including in-office ultrasounds and lab services. Our amenities are designed for expectant mothers and families because we believe in educating the whole family during this special time!
We provide prenatal and postnatal education, BLS with Baby CPR classes, pelvic floor therapy, lactation support, and a comfortable environment during your visits.
Dr. Rowe has full hospital privileges at ECU Health Medical Center, where she can ensure you feel at home during your stay. We also work closely with our Maternal Fetal Medicine colleagues at ECU Brody School of Medicine to support you and feel at ease even with the highest-risk pregnancies.

3D and 4D ultrasounds are advanced imaging techniques that use sound waves to create three-dimensional images of a fetus, offering a more detailed view than standard 2D ultrasounds. 3D ultrasounds provide static, three-dimensional images, while 4D ultrasounds add the dimension of time, showing the baby’s movements in real-time.
